Arbitration, as a form of alternative dispute resolution, is a way to resolve disputes outside the courts. One or more persons will decide the dispute, which renders the "arbitration award". The advantage of Arbitration is faster, cheaper and more flexible for business. An arbitration award is legally binding on both sides and enforceable in the courts.
