Mr. Rao’s main area of expertise is advising on corporate and commercial law, and has developed extensive experience in various areas of the law including environment and climate change, education, insurance, compliance, government regulation and administrative law.

He commenced his legal career as Lawyer in his own law firm at Pakistan and represented clients as an associate of a law firm in Pakistan before the civil/commercial courts. He is currently advising clients of the firm and works closely with government agencies in relevant areas of expertise.
