Mr. Mohammed practices in all fields of real estate law with over 15 years legal experience in the UAE.

Prior to joining Araa Group Advocates and Legal Consultants, Mr. Mohammad performed instrumental in-house roles over a period of 12 years within the Legal Departments of Dubai Land Department.

He has extensive experience and a deep knowledge of all aspects of UAE real estate law, including contract drafting and formulating documentation and processes, in liaison with the Dubai Land Department, for the registration of freehold property for foreigners and locals.

Mr. Mohammed also has broad experience in offshore –on shore license registration and having managed the registration for high profile companies.

Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in General Law from Sharjah University .
